Back story:
Surge was a Goddess for many past lives but was suddenly born Male. His parents saw nothing wrong to they realized his past memories and abilities didn;t appear in his new life. This caused even more chaos when their hopes that when he met his Lover, Vulcan, from the past lives would bring his memories back but he did not. It caused a war and the destruction of his Utopian home. To protect him from further chaos he was taken to a cave and locked away with only a winged chair in the center of the white cave. He sat and was turned to stone only to come back to life 1000 years later to a completely new world he did not understand. With no one he knew to help him.
Likes: Talking with close friends, walking, birds, training, being a God, learning new things, bunnies and his favorite food is a Star Fruit.
Dislikes: Being challenged or sparring, Sleeping for a long time, seeing other wounded because of him, cats, really tight spaces, nose being touched.
Power: Electricity and Life... He can't give life to dead but he can send shock waves to help someone dying.
Abilities: He has a few forms. Including 1 where depending on the amount of electricity he has he can grown or shrink. Shrink= Low energy and Grow= Charging energy.
He can also turn into electricity and that allows him to travel through wiring and cables.
A bit more about his powers and life:
-His blue stripes DO glow but either mainly when he is charging up or they will flicker if he is low on energy.
-His nose actually releases some energy depending on the forced put on it. If hit.. you are in for a shock.
-The reason for the buckle on his gloves is to keep them tight! His immense power is even far too much for him to control. And in God mode he is like a completely different person.
-Only other Gods can kill him and if his eyes lose his electrifying blue.. He is dead.
